This handmade leather glasses case combines style with essential daily practicality. Crafted from genuine Crazy Horse leather, it is designed to age beautifully, developing a rich, unique patina with every use.

A robust, integrated belt loop threads securely onto your waist, keeping your eyewear fixed to your side — without the risk of slipping like standard clips. A strong magnetic closure keeps the flap secure while allowing effortless one-handed access. The structured design acts as a protective shell, guarding your glasses against scratches and crushing during travel or work.

Need a custom fit? You can request "No Belt Loop" in your order notes, change the design, or order a completely new case made just for you.

📏 Sizes
You can choose from three sizes for different types of glasses.
The internal dimensions are as follows:

  • Size S: width - 52 mm (2.05") × height - 150 mm (5.9") × depth - 30 mm (1.18")
  • Size M: width - 62 mm (2.44") × height - 160 mm (6.23") × depth - 30 mm (1.18")
  • Size L: width - 70 mm (2.76") × height - 162 mm (6.38") × depth - 40 mm (1.57")
  • The belt loop is suitable for belts up to 48 mm (1.89") wide.
  • The thickness of the leather varies from 1.2 mm (0.05") to 2 mm (0.08")
  • The photo shows a size M case.

✨ Personalization
I offer FREE personalization (both stamping and laser engraving) to make your item unique. This is a perfect way to turn a high-quality accessory into a meaningful gift or a signature piece for yourself. 

Option 1: Hot Stamping 
Colors available: Gold, Silver, or Blind (colorless/deep embossed). 
Requirements: You must specify the color, the text, and the location. 
Style: Stamping is available in one classic font style (as shown in the personalization photo). 

Option 2: Laser Engraving 
Details: You must specify the Style Number, your text, and the location. 
Appearance: Laser engraving is ALWAYS black. 
◾ Custom Logos: I can engrave your own logo or design, but I ONLY accept vector files (e.g., .SVG, .PDF, .CDR). I do not edit or convert non-vector images.

Each item is custom-made just for you. I personally select the leather and sew each item by hand in my workshop in Ukraine. This is not a factory-made product - it is a handmade creation crafted with attention to every detail. When you shop in my store, you receive a high-quality product shipped directly from my workshop.
Shipping: I’m happy to offer FREE SHIPPING to most countries! However, in some regions there is a small shipping surcharge. Where a surcharge applies, it’s still minimal and helps ensure more reliable delivery.

Return policy
Veltero Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us at strutinskiyb18@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will respond within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will gladly cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the defect or damage in your email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our production, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. These include:

  • Custom Products: Any item that is made-to-order based on specific customer measurements, custom color combinations, or specific design alterations.
  • Personalized Items: Any item that features custom engravings, stamped initials, names, logos, or any other personalized modifications.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom and personalized items remain exempt from this rule as per EU consumer protection laws regarding bespoke goods.

7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at strutinskiyb18@gmail.com.

Shipping

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

2. What is the delivery time to your country?

  • USA — 8–20 days
  • Europe — 7–20 days
  • Canada — 8–25 days
  • Great Britain — 5–15 days
  • Other countries — 10–27 days

Occasional delivery delays are possible due to customs clearance procedures or disruptions in postal services.

3. Shipping cost:
To most countries, our store offers free shipping. But for some countries, there is an additional, small shipping fee, which helps to ensure better delivery quality.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Veltero is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

For US customers: Orders up to $800 are usually exempt from import duties.

For EU and other international customers: Please familiarize yourself with local VAT and import regulations, as you will be responsible for these fees upon receiving your package.

5. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your package at the provided email address. You can track your package on the carrier's website or via the 17track.net service.

6. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance in the destination country.
  • Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Incorrectly provided shipping address.
